Sales Engineer
Job summary: The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales by devising business strategies and selling solutions to potential customers using their technical expertise and communication skill. Build and maintain good relationships with AT-Com customers.

Job Description: Field sales executive focused on customers to achieve revenue and margin goals in assigned accounts. Identifies customer needs and applies company’s value proposition to drive sales growth and improved profitability. Develops strategic relationships and aligns customer and business goals, creating and managing a business and execution plan for shared success among the customer, vendor partners and the company.
- Responsibilities.
A. Main tasks
- Full customer ownership: Develop and execute customer technology & commercial strategy and plans based on greatest opportunities for growth, through fact-based analysis and in-depth customer knowledge.
- Develops strong, strategic relationships with customer(s) to identify and leverage the customers’ business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value proposition sales solution strategy.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company's resources that drives and supports high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, as measured in surveys and share of wallet.
- Project identification at earliest stage of design cycle, understand what challenge is being solved.
- Co-ordinate company teams and supplier resource to maximize product offering across all technologies & suppliers.
- Conducts regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and owns execution of business plan.
- Supports supplier's strategies by aligning solutions with customer to maximize profitable growth, and customer expansion.
- Prioritize customers and opportunities with greatest potential for success.
- Exceed demand creation, sales and profit objectives
B.Extra tasks
- Review KPIs Monthly, Quarterly;
- Communicate customer/project information to Internal Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Engineering and Project Management teams.
- Relies on manager to provide planning & manage resources. Has limited authority/ opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms.
- Works within an assigned area or account base on small to moderately-sized accounts/opportunities with limited complexity.
- Requirements
- Minimum experience required is typically less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Knowledge of electronic components & technologies, distribution experience.
- Ability to create ideas and solutions, teamwork, creativity, real interest in news and current issues, organizational and time management skills.

Target of position: Product Marketing / Specialist is responsible for the working: products roadmap, promotion, quote price and distribution strategy for the Company. Develops strong, strategic relationships and define, execute the roadmap and strategy of all Suppliers.
1. Responsibilities/ Job Description.
A. Main tasks
- Develop and manage distribution products from franchised Manufacturer to target Customer. Closely work with Supplier on Promotions of their Products;
- Management product portfolio, Price strategy, profit margin, promotion activities, terms and conditions of Sales for Product Line Card ;
- Building and growing relationship with all suppliers at the appropriate level;
- Understands the supplier business strategy and how they address their advantage to compete with competitors ;
- Collaborate with Sales team to qualify quote opportunities from customers. Register opportunities and negotiation a better price from suppliers to address optimize profit for company business;
- Supplier Management - identifying new potential suppliers, executing new supplier setup process, verifying supplier matrix, reviewing contractual terms and agreements, negotiating pricing and asset return allowance, reviewing monthly point of sales report and inventory report with the supplier;
- Make and send POS report, business review, business plan to Supplier every Monthly, Quarterly;
B. Extra tasks - Review KPIs, Report Monthly, Quarterly.
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Ability to Make the Marketing presentation , communication skills and Negotiation skills.
2. Requirements - Graduated from colleges and universities in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration's, Foreign trade, Eleconics;
- Experience in working: at least 1 year;
- Experience in working with international and cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to work independently and work well with the sales team.
- Ability to create ideas and solutions, teamwork, creativity, real interest in news and current issues, organizational skills and time management;
- Language communication: Fluent in English;

- Have good skill in time management, negotiating, systematic and accurate working;
- Ability to work independently, Team working, have a high sense of responsibility;
